General policies:

When you book ( not applied to the subscription services ) a $100 deposit is required to ensure your booking/reserve a date for a photoshoot.
*
Bookings must be made through direct contact with Macey Taylor before putting any deposits down. You will get confirmation from me before asking for any deposits or payments.
*
Before starting any work, you as the client must sign the client contract and must go over any specific change requests to the contract with Macey Taylor
*
As the photographer and content creator, Macey Taylor retains creative control over all services. Meetings and discussions will take place to ensure that all creative decisions are up to the clients standards, but the client must not make any creative changes without discussing them with Macey first.

To cancel or pause a branding subscription, you must notify Macey Taylor within 30 days before the cancellation date to make proper arrangements.
Payment policies

Deposits are non-refunable if you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot or service, or if you do not show up for the scheduled shoot or service. You must cancel before the 48-hour window or it will be held if you need to reschedule.

There are no refunds based on artistic preference, refunds are only granted under specific conditions.

Payment is made through invoices sent directly from Taylor Avenue. For subscription services the invoices reoccur monthly on the same date and the price may vary depending on what services are provided each month.

A late fee of 25% of your total payment will be added after 10 days of past due payment. Reminders of your payment will be sent to ensure you are aware of your payment due date.

FAQ’s
How far in advanced should i book my date?
contacting me 2-3 weeks before either a personal shoot or any of my branding services gives ample time to get something on the schedule. Having your ideas/inspiration ready can speed up the process as well and set us up right to get started!
What if there is bad weather/special circumstances that cancels our booking?
If for some reason the weather is bad for an outdoor shoot, or very special circumstances come up the day of our booking, no cancellation fee’s will be enforced and our booking will be rescheduled. This does not apply to last minute cancellations that are not due to special circumstances.
do i have full ownership of my photos?
In our contract/agreement form it states that Taylor Avenue retains copyright over the photos unless otherwise agreed, and you as the client obtain a usage license granting you the ability to post and use any photos/content taken for you for your personal and/or business use. Taylor Avenue has the ability to advertise and use any of the photos/content to promote its company unless otherwise agreed upon.
How long is the average turnaround for a gallery?
Galleries take up to 3-4 weeks to complete editing, unless you are apart of my photography subscription services as those photos take first priority and take only 1-2 weeks to complete editing. I always send a “sneak peek” of around 5-10 photos for you to view and post while waiting for the full gallery.
do you provide the unedited, raw image files?
I do not provide the unedited, raw image files. I do not believe they represent the full potential of my work so I do not include them in any galleries.
